what if employer reward the project without any proper conversation?
A employer with (0.0 rating) awards me the project and gone offline for two days.
now because i had no talk with him i cant bid on other projects as its a policy to accept awarded projects.
What should i do?
am i be awarded with some money as i miss many projects to bid??
