We need new icons for the popular software ParkControl. There are basically two new icons we need:

1. Application icon, also used as the 'all is nominal' icon.
2. One or more cores parked icon. Indicate some sort of restraint or lesser capacity.

We need 256x256 24bpp down to 32x32 24bpp . To see the existing app icon, see: https://bitsum.com/parkcontrol/

Make SURE the icon is representable in both 256x256 and 32x32 sizes, not easy. Sometimes a change in icon is required, other times images will resize OK.
