I am looking for a 2d or 3d animated commercial between the length of 15-60 seconds. The artist may choose the length and type of animation(2d or 3d PREFERRED, exceptions can be made if artist has other ideas).
Here are the video requirements:

Scene one: 5-6 People reading a book at the same time and then uploading a review to the internet and rating the book between 4 and five stars. The people don’t have to be in the same place, and should look differently.

Scene two: after review posted, show people in a parade float or in a huge crowd going towards a book.

Scene three: Show several popping up reviews saying things like: This book is amazing, awesome, couldn’t get into it but shared with a friend, loved it, hated it etc.

MANDATORY COLOR THEME:Green, gold, and purple may use: yellows, whites, tans and black colors as well.

MANDATORY ELEMENTS: Fleur de lis,

PREFERRED ELEMENT: Parade float

All other details such as the design can be chosen by the artist WITH THE EXCEPTION of private details I will send to freelancers with the best designs
