This will be a loading screen (the first screen that comes up) for an app. The app is called Table Tap (see the logo file). The concept of the app is people all around a table touching the same phone. It should use the same background color blue, and match the theme so far.

Illustration can be from the top of the table like example below, or like the heads up app image attached, with people around a table.

Would like people / hands in the video to be youthful 17-25 year old looking, boys, girls, different races, etc (unlike the example below which is all the same exact hand, but similar to the heads up illustration).

If designer is good, will likely hire for other jobs.

Final design needs to be 100% vector art.
