This is a personnal real estate project. Build 2 large family house in the south of France.
To start the project I need to define the sketch of these 2 houses and check the harmony between each other. The conquest format will help me to choose the "right" design and then go in more details with the winner(s).
So I need architectural sketching (hand made or software use, as you wish) for 2 residential houses.
Style is modern minimalist.
Each house 300 m² for living area.
Provide pdf file and dwg if available. No need to provide elevation view. Only external view in 3D is required .
Provide a view from south west where we can see the 2 houses together.

In google maps use 2D image as it is more recent view. 3D is too old.

Area : ground + floor 300 m² ; underground : 300 m² for each house. plot 2 x 10 000 m² (around 2 acres)
Style : modern minimalist, terrace roof.

Scale : from 1/100 to 1/200
Program
- harmony house 1 and 2
- Ceiling height : from 3.0 m (corridor, bathroom) to 5.0 m (living room, …)
- 2 entries way : 1 at underground or ground level (south, west or north), high door entry, 1 at 1st floor (east) with view to west and south west, to access non constructible area of the plot
- passive or almost passive house (between 20 to 30 photovoltaic panels , each 1 m x 1.6 m,=> 50 m² of panels)
- swimming pool (minimum width 5 meter, minimum length 10 meter) – rectangular shape, mirror effect, cantilevered possible
- patio / courtyard
- large gates at the entry of the slot
- underground with 6 parking car
Special consideration : the plot is with a slope from 15 to 25%; the motorway is 250 m in the south direction. This 2 elements requires special consideration against noise. The view is west and south west direction. Living area must be in this direction.
Material: reinforced concrete, wood, glass, stone
