We would like to have a 3D model or sketch of an addition to our house. We have a mound behind our house with a slope. We would like to remove the mound of dirt, and put in a pool house/room with deck above. The current deck that is shown in the pictures would be extended out over this new room. There are pictures of a wall in our basement and the other side of that wall is the mound of dirt. We would like to have a doorway put in the concrete wall to allow access to the pool house/room from the basement. We would also like access via stairs from the upstairs deck to the room.
Lastly we would like to have a pool installed that is near the pool house/room.
Two recently uploaded photos show the upper grass level with a large stone in the middle of the grass. We would like to extend the deck out to this distance, but remove the grass and dirt to create a lower level room with lots of glass. This room would have the new larger deck as the ceiling.

These submissions are great! However, please remove the pool tables and soda machines. It makes it a bit more difficult to judge them. A little bit of furniture is nice, but too much takes away from these great designs.
