I need two book covers made for my story. Both covers should look the exact same, the only difference being the author name.

Story Details:
- Genre: Historical Fiction
- Title: Daughters of the Desert
- Author Names: Avalon Royce, Afnan Banibaker (do not include both names on each cover; include only one name on each cover)
- Time Period: 6th century Arabia (Pre-Islamic Hijaz)
- Protagonist: Female, 20s, mother, thin, beautiful

Cover Design:
- No camels
- No hijab!
- No pyramids
- Must be high quality
- Female
- Female features include: dark long hair, dark eyes, olive skin, thin, thick brows, full lips
- Mother with newborn in arms
- Desert-vibe

Extra Information:
- Story Description: Long before the advent of Islam, the birth of a female was a dishonor to many Arab men. Such shame on the father's honor would lead him to bury his infant daughter alive.

Rami intends to rid his baby girl from his life. His wife, Malaak, on the other hand, intends to save her. When both are determined to carry out their individual plans, fate twists their destinies into something neither of them would have ever expected.

Lots of good designs rejected out of hand. No comments, no "thanks for the effort", just tossed aside without so much as a second glace. Toxic contest.

  Hi Jonathan, I reject entries that are copyrighted and ones that clearly did not read the contest description. Such entries must be rejected as they are not appropriate in the slightest (and illegal to use). Having a "good" design isn't the only important thing; besides copyright, it also must be high in quality, and, again, I can't stress this enough, fit the criteria in my description. If someone follows what I added in the description to the T and I dislike the design, I actually do comment on feedback. Your entry was rejected because the woman was wearing a hijab which means you clearly didn't take a good gander at the time period of the story; I do not have to tell people that their designs do not meet the criteria I posted or that they used copyrighted work; that justifies an automatic rejection, for I only choose to provide feedback to those who truly did read what I am looking for.

Before you choose the winner ask the designer for a proof that images which they used are free for commercial purposes. Ask for the link!
