  Sorry, here is some information: 1. The plot lies between two main roads to the south and north, a foot path to the east and a building on the west side. It is fairly level but road construction activities have created a steep ridge on the south side, approx 5 m difference in elevation between the road and the level of the plot. This will not be an issue for this first part of the contest.

  Thank you for all the entries and comments so far. i must apologize, I missed out some important information in my advert. I realize that more information with regards to the site will be required in order to complete the design. What I should have clarified is that for now, i am looking for a high level conceptual design. Something that gives me a rough idea what the building will look like and what will be contained therein. The prize will be awarded based on whoever submits the most appropriate and practical concept for the area in question. Further work after this will be to develop that concept into full construction drawings. At this time, details of the site will be made available. I hope this clarifies my request. Thank you all.
