Design a 3 Panel Set of banners

We need three posters designed that are part of a set that will be placed next to each other. Attached is how the three banners should look like. We would also like to see a three-panel banner set with the picture circles only on the right and left panel, and one with the circle only on the left banner.

We will need the circles to be oblong, similar to the sample, to save space. If you have a better idea, we would love to see what you can do.
Each banner is:
31.5 inches wide
79.5 inches high

The three panels will be standing side-by-side to create the look of a single graphic. Any suggestion you have to tie the three panels together would be appreciated.
