Hi,

I'd like to have a modern type of website for a startup, which focuses on personal change management. The scope of the mini-project:
- a simple design landing page (like apple.com, java.com, etc) with a link to enter to the site and start collecting user information.
- on the next pages (max 4-5) information about the user should be gathered, like place of living, interest, habits, etc. The information should be gathered as simple as possible, in a way like on eHarmony, or similar way (i.e. the information/ should be possible to provide via info-graphics). (The exact questions to be discussed)
- at the end of the information gathering an datafile (csv) inquiry should be performed with the collected data and the result should be fed back to the user. The format needs to be discussed.
- at the end the user should be able to subscribe via email, FB, or other ways
- as the last step the collected information should be stored in some format in a database/datafile

The outlook of the site should be minimal design made with the current technologies (HTML5, or similar)
