I need a clean and professional logo design for my Event and services company, with the following heads-up.

• Name of the company is K&C inversiones SPA, (yeah Spanish name), I let the creativity of the K&C word combinations to you.
• The company is about general events (marriage, baptism, social events) with services of photography, food and management of the events, so I would like something elegant and general for it , since we also put accountant services.
• I need to print boxes with this logo, also business cards so must be die cutting friendly.
• I require the fully design file for future changes, either the .psd or program you use.
• Colors could be used at your discretion, but remember need to be something elegant (imagine your marriage gifts in a box, what color would you like? ) so it should have synergy between them, like gold and black. I’m open to suggestions.
UPDATE: you also could add some figure to the logo, we have ideas of a diamond or a 4 leaf clover.

SECOND UPDATE: as i recieved a good amount of beautiful well made logos still im missing the name combinations, i would like not just have landed the name there, i would preffer that the name were a good mix and consistency with your logo.i have seen beautiful made logo combinations but the K&C INVERSIONES SPA is put there just as plain as ugly.. try to add some lines or division or cursive line in the middle of the name .. to add eleganccy.. added some examples .. thanks!
