I need a Website design PSD.

I am starting a consultancy and I need a great design for the website.
The idea of the company is "Evolved development" I am working with different companies and I am using offshore developers from many countries and companies and even freelancers all working under the same company name "Evelopment", this allows the companies that I am working with to keep to a budget and developers to have a long term work relationship where they can jump from project to project.

Now is time to go public and have a Website some ref. instead of answering phone calls & emails.
The idea is to have a short description of the company, a list of top 5/10 developers, designers, etc.. and showing the brands that we have worked with and are working with.

Here is my idea of how the structure should look like (see image attached) this is just an IDEA so please use your creativity to come up with something original and that can represent what the company stands for.
