     The lot size is 4.98 AC/216,928 SF. There is a single family home on the lot about 2,488 sq ft (3 beds, 2 baths, 1 1/2 bath.) You can Google Search the address: 825 County Road B, Liberty, MO 64068. I would like to purchase a Morton Building for special events and weddings. I would prefer a White Barn house for you to design, with plenty of Floor to Ceiling Windows that completely open to have outside/inside parties. The windows can be see through garage doors. Include a patio that will accommodate 100 to 150 people Antique white beams inside with high arch ceilings, bathrooms, and a loft area for changing clothes for guests. Please find an area on the land where the barn will best fit. Include the floor plan of the building, landscaping to also have outdoor weddings and events. Include a parking lot or space for 200 guest, if possible.
