Hi, I need your help to choose the flooring for this new house. I would like to have a Mediterranean influence, maybe combine tiles and wood/ LVT. There are also 2 sets of stairs, I need some ideas for these as well. The house is pretty small. The kitchen is white. I would like to have some bright stylish options, that would make space look bigger.
In regard to the living room, please help me add a library or more trying to maximize the space. I also need to add a small office, may be incorporated in the library? Ideally, this should be hidden when is it not used. The doors and stairs pillars are white. The TV is set on the wall and the electric fireplace underneath. Please let me know if more details are needed. I would like to make best use of this space as a living room. Many thanks.

When i see your plan, There is an office room in the First Floor Plan. Do you want to add Library and Small Office in the living room ? Because the area of the living room is not big, i suggest to put in the Office room at the First Floor. Is it fine for you ?
