Horns and bangs is a middle eastern eatery that derived its design from Spanish and Scandinavian influences. the fitout project has been completed and presented to the owners but they were not very satisfied with the final outcome. some of their comments included
1. Too many materials
2. Wood color is not nice
3. The peeny tiles on the right wall doesn't fit the concept
4. The shop is missing the warmth and details

The project is too present ammendments and changes to make the design looks more relaited and beautiful. Example of changes are as follows

1. change furniture layout, design and finishing
2. change flooring and wall (Color or finishes)
3. recommend wall artifacts or decoration
4. Amendments to the ceiling are acceptable

Submittals must include.
1. 3D renders (High quality render, minimum 3 Shots)
2. Material selection and detailed definition of each material (Supplier reference)
3. Real image reference for any presented idea( Furniture, material, arti-facts )
4. Furniture layout and shop drawings for fabricatin
5. Light Selection with voltage recommendation to grantee warmth and luminosity
6. Drawings and Internal elevations (CAD and PDF)

      Carlos i checked your profile and it sounds interesting. i have written alot of briefs so far you can go below and reach my comments. overall we don't hate the concept we just think it needs minor tweaking. Consider this is your shop what will you make to make it look nicer (Change couple of elements, add planters, add artifacts, remove colors, change furniture) but keep the overall concept just make it more elegant.

    Hello! I have started working on a proposal and I think it's important to know how and where you are planning to display the menu. I suppose customers are going to place their order at the counter, pay and then take their food to their seat. In the drawings uploaded the counter is on the right, but there is no space for customers there. That should be in the center. I think I have a fine vision of how to make the place cozy but functional problems will still affect the comfort if not addressed. Could you please give a brief description of the scenario of a customer entering the eatery. Thank you in advance.

      1. it is a table service so customers enjoy sitting at the table and the servers take their orders while seated
      2. The Menu will be served on the table but you can propose a designed way for hanging or keep all the menus
      3. I would recommend keep the counter the way it is, as it is part of the things which are difficult to change
      4. i like your approach and counting on you in giving me a well better design. as i confirmed in my earlier comments we are not looking to change the full design just change couple of elements and colors to make it look nicer. the less we change and better it looks the happier we are.

    i have attached both cad and pdf and i can't extend more we have a tight schedule. the project is so simple and it only need a touch of an interior designer. i dont want to change the full thing only minor editing to 2-3 materials, addition of artifacts, plantation, wall decoration. removing one of the colors from the shop. these are some examples please don't do all together. the main aim is to keep the shop but make it look nice

    Please follow the bellow guidelines other wise you might be rejected.
    1. All submittals should be 3D perspectives (High quality render, Minimum of 3 shots)
    2. don't submit you other work and promise that you will submit later
    3. you shouldn't be changing the entire concept. all what i need is minor amendments, additions or changes.
    5. changes must not include more than 3-4 elements (keep the concept simple and neat)
    6. Use the same zoning layout (Kitchen/Dining ratio)
    7. Try to work with the same identity (Simple minimalist, vintage)
    ***Any comments with regards to clarifications to be replied to this comments please
    I have uploaded PDF format of the drawings, but the final submittal must include CAD format

      you can change the furniture ofcourse, don't change more than 3-4 elements at the time (so maybe you only change the (ceiling, furniture and flooring) or (remove black steel, and furniture only)
