We need to pick up a library like d3.Js or
to create interactive mind map from a jason file.
Mind Map design could be few pre set templates.
Final Deliverable will be a library installed on our server.
The d3 Visualisation shown here like interactive vertex is the desired output.

Can you expand what do you need? Your first reference link is suitable 2D javascript library while the second is 3D javascript solution (not looking at the source it appears to use Three.js). The first and any similar 2D library can be scripted well to read your JSON data and modify it for displaying using that library.

And do make the contest #guaranteed.

  Thank your for your explanation. First regarding the #guaranteed - Freelancer has practically all explained in various Q&A and article sections, please see this:

  Basically the contest that is not guaranteed might not have any awarded freelancers (and many won't participate because of that).
  
  Regarding the 2D and 3D view of the same data. It would be nice to have a sample data and your suggestions because a chart of the same data in 2D and 3D will be very different. For example, data with two linear range values and a third of one important measurement might be a bubble chart in 2D (bubble size indicating the 3rd variable) but a simple scatter chart in 3D (the third dimension being just a relative offset in Z axis representing 3rd variable value).
  
  And yes, it's possible to present data in 3D using D3.js.

  With my last 2D/3D discussion - show me one 3D mind map that really offers more insight and understanding compared to 2D mind map. 3D view (of a 2D map) is relatively easy to achieve e.g. adding 3D rotations to a flat map. But for real 3D "look and feel" e.g. cubes instead of circles etc you need 3D library (and D3.js is not).
