**SUGGESTION ADDED AFTER CONTEST BEGAN:
One suggestion by my client is to make the initials "tdi" lowercase letters and to make the d resemble a teardrop.
Or a mixture of capital and lowercase where the d and/or the o in the word "teardrop" resemble a teardrop.
Or possibly the dot on the i (in tdi) to resemble a teardrop.

What is needed...
A logo/symbol that will represent the company. (sick)
ONLY LOOKING FOR SIMPLE CONCEPTS AT THIS TIME.

Up to 5 awards will be given to the 5 best concepts.
Each award will be $50.
Each submission must include 1 concept of the word "Sick" and 1 one or more of the phrases mentioned below. Total is a minimum of 2 concepts.

Parameters:
Logo created from the company name is ok.
A symbol that represents the company logo.
A combination of the two is ok.

Name of the company:
Parent company is "Teardrop Industries". (tdi) has been used for short and is fine.
tdi has a division that does sportswear. This is what the logo is for.
The sportswear division is named "Sick" as in Sick sports/athletic wear.

Sick, in the sense as described by Urban dictionary:
"sick"
1)crazy, cool, insane
2)man, that shirt is sick yo

About the company.
tdi touts upbeat, positive messages through its divisions. "SICK" is represented by phrases like

STEP UP!
MAKE IT HAPPEN!
MEANINGFUL SPECIFIC!
IT'S POSSIBLE!
NECESSARY!
YOU CAN'T STROLL TO YOUR GOAL!
SICK!

Please select the main word (sick) and as many of the other phrases as you like and ask your self the following questions:

How can I make this phrase resemble its meaning in a visually exciting way?
How can I make this phrase into a symbol?
What colors would I use?
How large or how small should it be?
Where would I place this phrase or logo on a pair of shorts, sweats, t-shirt, hoodie, spanks, hat or bikini or shoes?

Please take all of these phrases into account when creating the "Sick" logo itself. The logo should represent this upbeat attitude.
