You have to design the new logo of Ecocity Services, a services company that deals with providing new real estate services for home and people. It offers services to property and integrated management of large real estate portfolios.
It provides services to housing, administration of properties and management of urban communities (social housing).
Colour: green
Key concepts:
houses (it can be expressed figuratively with a door, a window, a key ...)
people (community of people)
social manager
you could also play with the first letters of Ecocity Services, something that is formed and developed from the initials.
More information about the company
Formed in 2011, it is totally helded by Delta Ecocity, a real estate company. Created to perform to property services (urban development, administration, marketing, technical coordination), also it deals with practical application of energy-saving.
It is a network of technical and administrative professionals able to think about innovation of home and housing services.
Ecocity Services will be the operating company of Delta Ecocity and will have the function of assisting the Purpose Company. It is proposed as a modern social Manager can complement the traditional building management services, cultural, social and recreational activities for users.
