[Physical Therapy Redefined]

I am a Doctor of Physical Therapy in Boulder, Colorado. I practice a little differently than typical cookie cutter PT clinics. I help active-minded people get to the root cause of their chronic pain or lingering injury so they can avoid medications and surgeries and be fit for a lifetime. I want to attract holistic-minded people who want to be healthy long-term and are not into just quick fixes. I am a long-time runner, and so may be also targeting holistic-minded runners as well, but not sure yet.

I am inspired by the Wizard of Oz theme for it's underlying depth and meaning. The yellow brick road is a path, a journey, just like healing or life or training for a sport, which comes with twists and turns and unknowns and friends that you meet along the way. You always have your brains, heart, and courage to draw on whether you realize it or not. Injuries are like being in the grayscale glum of Kansas, until you begin to get help with PT which is like stepping into technicolor and onto the journey. Ruby slippers are the strength you carry with you. Red is strength and energy in some ancient traditions. I'm inspired by the colors- yellow for joy, Emerald green for compassion and the wonderful city that is the destination. Boulder, CO is a hub for athletes, wellness, mountains, and alternative health.

I love some of the uploaded images attached, especially the ones with the spiral, mountains and arch of words. Looking for combination or variation based on the theme. What I'm already liking: Mountains that are like the emerald city. Colors yellow and blue, or yellow and green. Maybe red in the mix, maybe not. The arched lettering is like a rainbow without being too obvious. Very inspired by the spiral, the bricks (the path, taking each step along the journey as it comes). I like simple if possible, so it can go across all media well, from website, social media, signs, flyers, cards, shirts, self-treatment balls. I'd like the logo to be inspired by Wizard of Oz without being too hokey. Still modern with subtle hints. Words that come to mind for my clinic and inspired by the story: Cheerful, encouraging, professional, intriguing, connecting.

Tagline is "Physical Therapy Redefined", but still toying with "Physical Therapy Realigned" or "Physical Therapy Reimagined"

I'm open to other ideas that I may not have seen or thought of. Have fun!

As a runner, anything with runners in it feels overused and I am highly particular. I would be more interested in something that shows movement or inspires movment than showing people or figures. Thanks!
