Thank you for looking at our content and taking the time out of your busy day to redesign this great new logo for us. The site is for an advanced medical clinic that performs and teaches the methods of dialysis (for kidney disease). I have attached the mockup of the website design so you can blend the colors. The logo and company name is also attached in a separate file. The letters ADS in the logo should be a friendly blue and the words in the logo "Acute Dialysis Services, Inc," should be black. Make sure the logo fits in the white space on the attached website screenshot (top left placement on a white background just underneath the blue top bar and "F" for "Facebook". Please feel free to ask me any questions before designing this logo. With both files to use an example this should be fairly easy to design for a true web design professional. We will choose the best logo design we we see fairly quickly. The final logo from the winning design should be optimized for web and a .png file. We will also want the .psd file for the logo and dont forget this logo needs to come with a favicon (please make it a symbol or icon not letters or words as that would be too difficult to read in the color blue matching the color used in the letters "ADS" on the logo).
