I would like to take the existing footprint of our bedroom and reconfigure it to fit in a master ensuite. There currently is a large walk in closet, it could decrease in size if the functionality increased (not great at the moment). There is a large window and a sliding patio door onto a walk out balcony that need to be considered. The master ensuite does not need to be anything very large but would need to have a standup shower, 2 sink vanity (if possible) and toilet (that has it's own door to close it off, if possible, but not necessary). I have uploaded 3 photos. 1: current foot print with measurements (not to scale) 2: Current furniture layout 3: Furniture layout we have tried and not liked.
NOTE: The full wall on the one side is 17'3" (including the sliding door)
NOTE: the current wall in place where the closet it can be removed/moved
