     For simplicity, u can build a closed four-walled rectangle of 19'x40' as ground floor

  Just to clarify everyone by the first floor I mean above the ground floor, so just draw simple four walls of 19'x40' then the attached plan
  (In American notation it would be called as the second floor)

  Hi sir, Good Day. I'm interested to the contest. I would just like to ask questions.
  
  1. What do you mean by the subtle elevation designs of the first floor only. Are you referring to Left Right Rear and Front View elevations?
  
  2. Also its a corner plot. Do you mean cornered by roads? or houses?
  
  3. What materials you need to see at the elevation. since you did not include windows on the other side, do you prefer I'm the one who will put it or you would also like a glass-walled perspective?

     Hey Christian so
     
     1. Subtle elevation refers to decent in look not too much hotch potch is needed
     And no not all elevations but from two POV, first is front that is along 19' facing the Master Bedroom and second elevation is adjacent side where 5 windows are lined with equal distance apart for asthetics
     
     2 By corner I only mean that the plot which lie along the 5 windows is vacant so the house is surrounded by rest 2 sides only and front is open
     
     3 I haven't thought much in Material POV but yeah you can suggest me better options keeping in mind that budget in construction is average only. Also as I mentioned you have to worry about two sides only the front and the adjacent only, making no alterations in the plan
