I need a design from scratch.

It’s a (one) playing card, the King of Hearts. I have attached some of the classic designs as an example.
But I need a new design from scratch. At first look it must appear to the users like the design they all know since ever, but if they take a closer look the details should be slightly different. Like face, wardrobe patterns, crown, face. So common look but different. Like a unique touch… special… wow effect. Samples attached.

The new design canNOT contain symbols from other cards like spades, clubs or diamonds.

The final design will be without colors, only gold color. There should be a gold foil look with slightly different gradients. See the gold on black sample.

The specifications:
File type must be with a transparent background so I can add/replace my own in photoshop.
300 DPI for printing. Design will get printed on cups and on large posters up to 40” (100 cm/about 12000 pix). So maybe a vector file?

I need the .psd source file and full copyright.

This contest is only to find a designer. Later then I need more of the same kind.
