I need an infographic about the potential 2026 Calgary Olympic winter games bid. I'd like to use some stylized cartoon-ish graphics of Calgary, Canada landmarks in the background and/or olympic sport cartoon-ish graphics and then show the cost overruns from the last 10 winter olympics as detailed on table 3 in this report: http://eureka.sbs.ox.ac.uk/6195/1/2016-20.pdf

Maybe a bar chart or some other visualization of the cost overruns.

And maybe stick Calgary in there with a question mark next to it.

Size of the graphic should be 5" x 6.7" and high dpi suitable for print.
