I have a company that buys houses, typically from home owners that are seniors that want to sell their house and downsize.

I would like someone to research, find, and compile checklists (the steps) of what home sellers go through (including challenges and potential problems) from “thinking about selling their house” to selling their house and moving.

I would also like a list of You Tube videos (public) and/or other content that would assist a home owner going through this process. The various steps from "thinking about selling," to staging their house, etc. Preferably addressing a "downsizing" demographic.
