Hi,

I require a recreation of the 'Necronomicon Ex Mortis' book from the Evil Dead series of movies on a phone wallet - Please refer to this video so you can see what you are required to recreate: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=o7P4oGWKU3Q

A little background on the book. It is supposed to be made of human skin, namely someones face, as you can see the mouth, eyes, nose on the front, and the ear stretched around the back.

Notes: I do NOT just want an image off google copy and pasted onto the wallet case, do you think I couldn't do this myself? Please create a 100% original reproduction of the book. Also, the phone wallet should be laid out the same as the book cover in the video above, this mock up shows how it appears 'open', it closes like a book in normal use (please refer to this additional mockup: https://www.dropbox.com/s/wjp3kdf8vt003be/18%20%282%29.psd?dl=0)
