Build an app that can

Scan a QR code and lead to content within the app including audio, video and graphic files

When the first QR code is scanned, it will prompt the scanner to install the application but if application is installed, it will go directly to the relevant file

After following to the location of the relevant file options screen to review content

After options screen - allow user to add calendar reminders so must integrate with know calendars

Allow users to take further actions such as booking a 1:1 session, zoom call etc

Need to be able to add links to additional content outside of the app, such as websites and podcasts etc

App will keep a record of how many times the person accessed the QR code or worked in the app and award a badge/grading

App design must include full testing and installation on app store and play store

Must include

* Registration page - possible through facebook and social sites
* Welcome back page for people using the app and placeholding for what has been viewed or completed already
* Task page with user interaction to show when completed
* Ability to add paid content/access to additional offer, purchased in app
* Full design work, skins, layouts, button design etc
* Full testing and support - package to be agreed for ongoing support beyond the first 12 months
* Ability to add/upgrade content through simple back end within the structure (so growth must be pre-planned for)
* All usual privacy/legal compliances
* Full support throughout the play and apple store application process
* Bug fixing for the full 12 months
