We need to add code on a landing page where a user can enter some key information about a chemical or product ( product name, manufacturer, CAS number - CAS is a unique number that identifies a pure chemical -- chemical mixtures may have multiple CAS numbers, language) and find a document called an MSDS or SDS (Material Safety Data Sheet or Safety Data Sheet) that they can then download into our MS SQL database.

An SDS contains safety information about the hazards of chemical products.

Chemical manufacturers are required to have SDSs for all their products available to the public and we want to be able to have an easy way and very targeted way to find them and capture them. Ideally, the manufacturer's site would be the best source as it would contain the latest revision of this SDS document.

If no data is found at the chemical manufacturer or supplier website, then all web sources can be searched to find the SDS.

It is critical that the SDS be manufacturer specific. It is critical that we find the actual SDS for the product versus other info.

It is critical that we capture the document itself and the Url or website where this document is located.

An added bonus will be given if GHS data (this is chemical hazard labeling data) can be extracted from the SDS or from the manufacturer/supplier). This includes the GHS H-Code (hazards) GHS P-Codes (Precautionary statements) and GHS pictogram codes) and signal word (Hazard or Warning or none)

As an example, we did a web search for Chlorine MSDS for supplier Airgas on Google and got this page with many results:

In a second example, we did a web search for acetic acid jmloveridge sds (Acetic acid is the product name and j.m. loveridge is the manufacturer)

from this page we selected the first MSDS and got the PDF document at http://www.jmloveridge.com/cosh/Acetic%20Acid%20Glacial.pdf.

Please provide sample code and explanation on how best results can be achieved.
