You will not have access to ubuntu server to configure a HTTP/SOCKS5 4G Mobile proxy but you can share the guidelines so I can successfully implement it. The 4G proxy must run 24/7 of course, and port, user and password should be editable. The capabilities and protocols of the 4G proxy should be same as the one offered by proxidize (using 3proxy) in their free 4g proxy version (). A GUI to visualize the proxy parameters (port/user/password/etc) is not needed only via terminal with commands. Whitelist and blacklist of Domains/URL for witch the 4G proxy can/cannot connect should be available and easy to add/modify new Domains/URLs.
