I have a general outline of a vBulletin forum that I'd like to see implemented. I am looking for a shell with five general forums, with the ability to create subforums. Another important feature will be a shoutbox/chatbox. I would like to host the forum on vBulletin's cloud service but will consider hosting in other providers.
