I am evaluating what variables from a quantiative pupillometry device best predict intracranial pressure (ICP) or ICP changes. Basic biology needed to understand the project: if ICP rises, this can cause the pupils of the eye to dilate or become less reactive/slow/sluggish. The pupillometer device gives measures such as constricttion velocity, dilation velocity, maximum size, minimum size, etc. So I have data from 9 patients. Total of 561 observations.
