I live in a 800 sq foot condo and mold was everywhere. I wiped everything down and called my insurance company. Apparently they only want to replace my lower kitchen cabinets and 4 ft. of the wall in the dining room that backs up to it. There was mold everywhere and I believe all the cabinets need to be replaced. I have a lung disease called Sarcoidosis and x-rays have shown an increase in damage in my lungs. I am in need of a professional to update the existing site plan for my Winchester project by placing a structure on an existing survey and making adjustments to proper scale. I will have the structure in AutoCAD so will need to transpose it to the survey. This does not involve creating a new plan or surveying existing conditions. I do not need a hard copy of the end product, and the site plan does not need to be certified by an engineer.
