I have a single 105 GB Oracle Data Pump backup (.dmp). Using only the regular database account that came with the file (no system or admin user) I want to expose about twenty-five specific tables through a simple web interface and run it on my Windows server. The solution has to be written in ASP.NET Core MVC with or a comparable Oracle driver so I can extend it later. For now the interface only needs to display the data: clean grid, quick pagination, optional column sorting—no editing required at this stage.
