I want a clean association of a public IPv4 address directly on that NIC without breaking current access. You’ll log in with me (screen-share or temporary role assignment), create or select the correct Public IP resource in the portal, PowerShell, or az CLI, bind it to the primary NIC, and confirm the VM stays reachable.
