We have about 100 employees who have problems with their computers from time to time. It does not happen often. Actually really seldom. But the last couple of weeks one person had problems with advanced sharing functionality in Microsoft 365 Onedrive. At the same time another employee had problems syncing her OneDrive folders locally on her local Mac. When such things happen we need to call some expert where we can share our screen and get hands on help with how to solve it.
