I have extensive experience in mold making and 3D printing design. Because in the early stages of product development, I need to confirm the prototype assembly through 3D printing before communicating with the mold manufacturer for Design for Manufacturability (DFM). The plastic material needs to be determined during product development, as different materials cannot be injection molded using the same mold.
