Hi there, and thank you for posting this great project. I am an industrial design engineer from Canada. I have over 30 years experience designing , tooling , machines, consumer products, automotive parts, automation equipment, production lines assembly plants, factory layouts,work stations, hotels, resorts, community centers, solar field, bio oil recycling plants, dormitories, and generators. I have been a solidworks cretified professional since 2007. I can design your accomodations for $25 per hour. You mentioned it was a huge project... so many hours do you estimate? Also, Im not good at making photo realistic images (renders) of my models so I wont be providing them. You can hire another freelancer to render my models if a nice picture is what you want. I will deliver useable 2D drawings and 1:1 scale 3D models of the residences and other buildigs you would like to be included. The models will be delivered in STEP/IGES formats and I will send native solidwortks files too if you request. You would need solidworks program to open them.
