Researching multimedia e-learning for adults in last 5+ years. Knowledge of Articulate Storyline and other e-learning tools. Proposed Milestones $1950 AUD - First milestone payment (16-22 modules) $1950 AUD - Second milestone payment (16-22 modules) I have checked your attached PDF and can create such course. Articulate Storyline is my preferred tool, have version 1 (cannot recall upgrading to version 2). Either way the tool is not that important unless you want to standardize on one (your modules are suitable for Lectora and even iSpring Quiz Maker etc). Though Storyline is among the best to support importing the PowerPoint files. Please let me know more details. I understand this is long-term yet wonder how long do you expect? I can dedicate my time exclusively for you for next 3 months with later monthly payments. Regarding portfolio - I am yet to create one for e-learning.
