Exclusive Team for SEO

Hello everybody. I want a team of SEO's + link builders working exclusively on OUR SITE. We want to be on top in all search engines (google, yahoo etc etc), aswell as get as many links comming inn, increase our traffic, increase our alexa, and page rank etc etc.. Getafreelancer has done so well because their SEO team is working exclusively for them out of ukraine. We would need something like that for our site aswell.
