A simple, single page website as shown in the attached PDF. The user sees a single screen. The left half of the screen contains 5 action buttons and a "finish" button. Whenever one of the "action" buttons is pressed, a row is added to a "log table" on the right half of the screen that shows what button was pressed and when it was pressed. There will be a cross next to each row of the table, so that any row can be deleted at any time. The user will have the website open for several hours while he observes events in the real world. He will press buttons on the left half of the screen to log the time that certain events happen in the real world. Once he's finished, he clicks the "Finish!" button. Upon clicking this, the data from the log table in the right half of the screen is posted. Please provide code to send the data from the log table as CSV data in an email, and to post it direct to an SQL database.
