POC for a web app project based on Angular 2

For the last couple of months I’ve been doing research for an upcoming web app project. I think I know what I want based on what I know right now about different web technologies available. The overall goal is to create a (progressive) web app with a mobile first approach with the following capabilities: • Instant loading • Offline • Installable (optional) • Notifications • Availability on all devices At the moment there are certain design decisions to be made before I can move on with the project and start the development phase. To be able to make those decisions there is a need for a proof of concept project where the purpose is to validate some of my ideas. And for this POC I need a skilled JavaScript developer with experience of the frameworks listed below to help me make the right design decisions for this web app. Frontend frameworks: • Angular 2 (TypeScript) • Angular Material 2 • Angular Universal • Angular CLI • Angular Mobile Toolkit Backend frameworks: • NodeJS with ExpressJS/HapiJS/KoaJS Other technologies/libraries: • PayPal REST API (NodeJS version) • Google AnalyticsJS • Google sw-precache • Google sw-toolbox POC questions: • What frameworks to use and why? • What identity management system to use and why? • What database type to use and why? • What file storage option to use and why? • Options for hosting?
