Fire fighters wall sticker/decal set for kids rooms

I need a cute kids-style vector element set of different fire fighters, cars and scenery-items. It will be sold as a wall decal print. Customers and their kids will be able to create their own fire fighters story/scene on their kids room walls. Your illustration style must be very advanced and kids-style. The files must be set up professional (layers etc.)! I prefer a flat illustration style (examples provided in attached files).
The set should contain:
- 5 different fire fighters (2x ff holding fire hoses [one should connect to a hydrant and the other one to a truck], ff on a ladder, ff in a fire fighter truck, ff running/hurried)
- 1 fire figher/rescue dog
- 2 different size and style fire fighter truck/car
- 1 fire fighter helicopter
- fire fighter department house
- 1 burning house and at least one additional house for scenery
- at least 1 "person in danger" to be placed individually onto a window in the
- 1 burning bush/tree and 4-5 additional bushes tree for scenery
- 1 "cat in the tree"-scene
- 2-3 flames for custom positioning on other elements
- 2 hydrants/fireplugs
- water/extinguishing spills (for the fire hoses)
- streets (to place the cars on)
- stuff for environmet/scenery/background (plants, loan, flowers, clouds, fence..)
Technical instructions:
- each of the elements named above should be can placed individually on the wall (so that the customer can create a totally custom fire fighetr scene)
- the elements should be placed (and will be printed and sold) on one sheet, please work place saving for minimal material loss
- the sheet should be exactly 1:1(square) or 3:2 or 3:1 in proportions (1:1 is best!)
- the wall-decal will be available in different sizes, the smallest sheet size should be around 0,5m² (e.g. 50 x 50cm), please note that alle elements will be plotted (like a custom shape sticker), element-details shouldn't be thinner than 0,4cm on smallest size to ensure a nice plot
- CMYK, .ai, outlines should be converted to shapes
