We want a team that can work with us to target Portuguese / Spanish cities via Google AdWords and Facebook in the Finance Industry. So ideally we are looking for team that knows the language / and local landscape well so that our messaging can be tailed to the target.
ON top of that it is critical you have a good team of Google AdWords / Facebook specialists that are ROI /leads focused. Initially we will provide landing pages / banners in English that will need to be translated and then the campaigns will need to be setup and continual optimisation to improve the targeting.
Key qualities
1. Proactive / very good experience and skilled at running campaigns performance focused and be able to communicate whenever required via Calls, Skype ect for daily / weekly optimisation updates
2. Ability to setup tracking / and make sure all is tracked well in terms of actual leads coming in and where they are from so we can expand and spend more where we are getting results
3. re marketing / re-targeting / display
4. competitor research to find what is working for all top competitors so we can also replicate that
