Fix HA Proxy issue - Conflicting scripts break http connects

I have an entry in my HA proxy which listens locally on a port and then redirects via http basic auth to any of my 3 backend DB's. I am attempting to add another entry which will bind a port and redirect http traffic on that to a websocket backend. All that to say that when I make an entry to bind to port on the second script, it breaks the auth on the first. I need a working HA config file per my needs. Keep my existing script that auths to the 3 backend DBs and the new one which will handle https on port 443 and detect if it should switch to the Websockets port. I will provide code for both and you can work it out.
