I want to fix a problem of my html5 js game, the game is built for 1000*500 ratio but I want it to be fit on any device, its just HTML and js without any framework so the deliverable will be the source of html5 and js only with CSS and the demo I want to see before pay is apk generated by adobe phone game build simply with the fix....

this game is built on pure js CSS and HTML, nothing else I would expect as deliverable...u need to run the game in landscape mood on android or iPhone as apk....you can build the apk using phonegap and test, normally in browser, it shows perfect but when it is compiled as apk or IPA using adobe phonegap, something is happening wrong so the ground is disappearing and that should be fixed....and compatible with any device, not a fixed width height.
