Write an Android/IOS application

ANDROID / IOS APP WITH ADMIN PANEL AND WEBSERVICE BACKEND. Looking to create a Unique Online Mobile Shopping application for android/ios -Should be very easy to use, very professional, and must include the Malaysia payment banking methods such as Maybank. -All designs has to be done from scratch as well, will require a user profile page for my suppliers. - Require its own server to save the database of user profiles. -Need to build the server and develop the backend api for communication between the server and app. -Can also include some unique new features according to your creativity. (will give bonus for your extra effort and recommendations ) -If possible need a live chat feature in the app, which send a message via email directly to our supplier and the supplier can respond back to the customer via email or through the chat messaging service. -Can help me to upload my products from my current online social media platform. - Need to have a storefront for different suppliers to add in their products something like Lazada or Lelong App. -Can do good SEO. ⁃ Can add in voucher codes /coupons for discounts. ⁃ During festive seasons , suppliers get automatic email saying to cut down costs by 10% to sell more or clear stock. ⁃ Has a feature to refer the app to friends and they can get a discount coupon to use, and the friend as well gets a discount. This is a new feature which will be great if you can implement. I would like to let my suppliers take 360degrees picture of their products something like the website snap36. ( when we chat please inform me whether you can do this or not) I am new at this and this is my first time doing it, so during the project will want to add some new features as well and have some changes, please be accustomed to the changes.
