Are you proficient in StoreGrid client side installation and fault finding? We have 400 StoreGrid clients and need someone to fault find and install onto customers devices. We mainly support Windows Server, Windows desktop and Exchange mailbox backups. You will connect via RDP or TeamViewer to clients and communicate via our Zendesk. No verbal communication required. You will have extra support from us or Vembu directly. We need someone who supports StoreGrid on a daily basis. This will be an on-going part-time job. We will pay you on a fix or installation fixed-cost basis but what you like for now so we can see if you have the skills. So we know you have read this, please start your proposal with 'howdy'
