I am looking for a flat round hard plastic in a disc shape. Having opening on one side of the disc. Liquid (water consistency) must flow in one direction only without contaminating (zero contamination) on the other side. The depth of the plastic disc (thickness) should be as flat or should be as minimal as possible. Preferably the thickness should be 1/8 inches or less in most of the area of the disc and can be thicker (preferably up to 3/4 inch maximum) on the area where liquid pours through. Container/wrapper where the disc is placed is non-pressurized.
Diameter of disc will be flexible. To start with we can have the diameter of the disc to be 3.125 inches.

I am looking for a flat round hard plastic in a disc shape. Having opening on one side of the disc. Liquid (water consistency) must flow in one direction only without contaminating (zero contamination) on the other side. Liquid flows in downward angle, but is not completely vertical. The disc would prevent liquid flowing back in the other direction. The depth of the plastic disc (thickness) should be as flat or should be as minimal as possible. Preferably the thickness should be 1/8 inches or less in most of the area of the disc and can be thicker (preferably up to 3/4 inch maximum) on the area where liquid pours through. Container/wrapper/vessel where the disc is placed is non-pressurized and would be entirely closed. Disc is placed between two chambers. From first chamber liquid will come out into the second chamber, but will not be allowed to go back to the first chamber. In fact, their can be no cross contamination. This product would function something similar to a check valve. If the entire vessel or container is shaked vigorously, none of the liquid from second chamber can enter the first chamber.
Diameter of disc can be flexible. Initially, we can have the diameter of the disc to be 2.5 inches. I am looking for someone to design the prototype of this product.
