Research Writing with financial model skills

First of all, if you don't have a good experience in financial modelling, technical analysis, and writing research then please don't bid on this project.
Condition 2, this project will be divided into 4 sections. In other words, four separate milestones. I will create the first milestone, once it's confirmed I release it and start creating the second one, and so on so forth.
Condition 3, you will have or sing up for Quantopian platform to share with you the models that I already built up which is the backbone of this research.
Condition 4, this research should be minimum of 12,000 words.
Condition 5, the deadline is by August.
Condition 6, the structure of this research includes Index; Introduction, chapters with their titles, and conclusion.
Condition 7, this research must answer many questions (please find attached file)
Condition 8, this is a fixed price and is not negotiable.
Condition 9, don't put an offer and expect from me for additional budget higher than your offer of 10%.
Condition 9, please do not waste our time discussing issues out of the research such as why four milestones, asking for more money.
If you don't meet all condition, your proposal will be rejected. Thanks for understanding
