Develop User Portal that supports multiple logons
1. Login Page
Login Page should support two logon types for a second factor authentication. Both authentication types will be based on LDAP (fig 1)
2. Capture Details (User Redirection)
User directed to information capture page. Details will be filled in and stores
3. User details to be stores in a DB, file, etc.
Note: It will need to support all common browsers utilized today (Edge, IE, Chrome, FireFox, Safari).
Approval on this project will be based on how fast the project can be completed. Also, the figure attached is a sample only and the application should have a modern look to it.
Should be easy to install on a Windows Server
